Job Description
- Responsible to achieve KPI/Sales target
- Responsible for day to day business operation of the outlet
- Coaching & motivating staff, tracking their performance
- To cultivate and grow sales in the outlet
- Support improvements to outlet for growing sales and profitability
- Identifying key trends, needs, development and competitive activities in the industry and communicating back to the management
- Proactively identifying sales and business opportunities, and executing action plans to improve profitability and market share
- Supporting strategic direction of the company to grow sales and business
- Identifying industry operations issues and championing solutions and best practices
- Responsible for recruitments and training of staff
- To be accountable for all integrity issue relating yourself and your team members in all areas of the job
- To find the best solutions to solve all problems and challenges facing the company
- To take up all job assignments delegate by management
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma holder
- Pleasant personality
- Minimum 3 years related experience
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent in English, Malay & Mandarin
- Honest, discipline & hardworking
- Computer literate
- Willing to travel upon request

- To handle POS promptly and precisely

3. Sales Executives (Indoor & Outdoor)
Job Description
- To achieve sales target/KPI
- Plan and schedule sales activities to generate more sales
- To attend customer enquiries and complaint
- To convert enquiries and complaints into sales
- To cultivate and grow the sales in the outlet
- To develop unique sales strategy
- Maintain good relationship with all customers, both indoor & outdoor for repeat sales
- To ensure customer total satisfaction
- Support improvements to outlet for growing sales and profitability
- Identifying key trends, needs, development and competitive activities in the industry and communicating those back to the management
- Identifying business opportunities, and executing action plans to improve profitability and market share
- supporting strategic direction of the company to grow sales and business
- manage time and plan work schedule to ensure sales target/KPI are achieved
- to be accountable for all integrity issue in all areas of the job
- prepare and update training materials to ensure up-to-date training information is available at all times
- to pacify irate, fussy and difficult customers, both indoor and outdoor
- To apply various persuasion techniques to sell to different prospects
